The vendor agrees to not hold responsible The Carey Area Chamber of Commerce or the Village of Carey or its employees, Carey Fest, or Carey Christian Assistance for any loss, damage theft, or injury of any kind in the Village of Carey. The vendor is solely responsible for the security of his/her merchandise both during the show and after hours. The vendor must provide their own pop-up, tables, and chairs. The vendor agrees to not hold responsible The Carey Area Chamber of Commerce or Carey Christian Assistance for any agreement, dispute, controversy, or lawsuit concerning any item displayed, sold, or traded in any manner during or as a result of the show. All fees must be paid before July 27, 2025.
